Amid the Generative AI debut multinational professional services network and one of the Big Four accounting firms, Deloitte is now turning to AI to avoid Mass Layoffs in the Future.

The company has now explored the use of generative artificial intelligence to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks previously handled by junior staff members.

The company is allowing its employees to work on tasks that include activities like preparing documents for internal meetings and collecting extensive data for client pitches.

Deloitte has taken such a step to retain its employees using AI comes. The company has already hired 130,000 new hires this year after 2022 saw the highest rate of new hire growth in a decade.
