Astral Limited appoints Siddharth Jain as Head Talent Acquisition

An Indian building materials and equipment company, Astral Limited has appointed Siddharth Jain as Head of Talent Acquisition.

He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I am thrilled to share the new Beginning as Head Talent Acquisition – Astral Group, Astral Limited.”

“I wish to extend my profound gratitude to Mr. Bipul Sharma and Mr. Viral Mankodi for entrusting me with this significant responsibility and for facilitating an impeccably smooth onboarding process”, he added.

Siddharth is a passionate and astute HR professional with over 24 years of experience in leading effective Human Resources functions, and developing HR frameworks and strategies for mid & large organizations.

He has hands-on exposure to working on various HR domains of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, Organisational Culture, Employee Engagement, HR automation, and new initiatives.

He has rich experience in HR and consulting across diverse sectors such as Manufacturing (Discrete and process), Energy, Oil and gas, Infrastructure (Airports, Railways – Metro and mono Rail, Ports – Dry, Liquid, Container & RoRo, etc.), Projects, SEZ, Pharmaceutical, Technical Textiles, Chemicals, BPO, and Telecom. 

Prior to Astral Limited, he was associated with Arvind Limited as Sr General Manager Human Resources Arvind Advanced Materials Division.

Siddharth has handled talent acquisition for various business conglomerates & has headed Talent acquisition for Adani Ports & SEZ which is the Ports and logistics, the business of the Adani group. He has been involved in Talent Acquisition and management, L&D, OD, and Emp. engagement & collaborative people technology and HR Governance initiatives at Adani Group.

His earlier stints include working with Randstad India and INDIACOM LIMITED. He holds his Master’s in Business Administration from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
