Adobe appoints Swati Rustagi VP – Employee Experience

The global leader in digital media and digital marketing solutions, Adobe has appointed Swati Rustagi as Vice President – Employee Experience.

With over 25 years of HR experience across FMCG, Healthcare, E-commerce, and Fintech, her experience spans various specialist and generalist roles in HR and the privilege to have worked across industry leaders in diverse sectors with exposure to high growth, consolidation, and change management.

Before joining Adobe, Swati worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Paytm for nearly 1.4 years and earlier, she worked with Amazon, and held several leadership positions. Her last role at Amazon was as Director – Talent Strategy and Leadership Development for Worldwide Stores.

Alumna of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, previously she also has been associated with top-notch companies like DSP Merrill Lynch, Johnson & Johnson Medical, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and Max Health Care.

She started her career with Hindustan Unilever Ltd, where she spent over nine years honing her skills in HR.

Swati’s expertise spans strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and fostering employee-centric cultures across diverse global contexts.
