Ankur Berry joins Coforge’s Cigniti Technologies as global HR head

A global leader in digital services and solutions has appointed Ankur Berry as Global HR Head at Cigniti Technologies, part of Coforge following its acquisition.

In this role, Ankur will manage the full integration of HR functions between Coforge and Cigniti.

He will lead all HR activities for the merged organization, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Regional HR, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, HR Shared Services, and Global Mobility.

Extensive HR Background

Pune University alumnus, with over 20 years of experience in HR, Ankur has rejoined Coforge as Global HR Head for Cigniti Technologies.

His previous experience includes leadership roles at Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging, Allstate, Fujitsu Consulting India, Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd, WNS Global Services Ltd, IBM India Private Limited, Mphasis, and BPL Mobile.

Notably, Ankur also worked with Coforge from October 2020 to November 2022. His extensive background spans various industries, showcasing his expertise in HR leadership and management, and he is well-positioned to drive the integration and success of the newly acquired Cigniti Technologies.
