Argenbright appoints Karuna Ahuja as Director- HR

Workforce solutions provider, Argenbright India has announced the appointment of Karuna Ahuja as Director – Human Resources & Communications for AMH (Argenbright Master Holdings) Services.

In this role, Karuna is responsible for supporting the growth of Argenbright Holdings Group by creating and executing the HR and Communications strategy for its Global Capability Centre (GCC).

She will be reporting to Sandeep Arora, Managing Director, and CEO, AMH Services. With GCC, the company marks its presence in Asia. Argenbright India will support the group’s existing entities and integrate new business acquisitions into the group.

Karuna is a result-oriented human resources leader with 19 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in successfully performing global projects in top leadership roles in organizations and has built a vast understanding of the human potential in diverse industries and cultures.

Karuna is passionate about maximizing human potential. She has empowered organizations to accelerate their growth by building conscious cultures and enabled individuals to enrich their careers consciously. 

Prior to Argenbright, she was associated with Samhita as Chief Human Resources Officer. She was responsible for contributing bold ambition of impacting 10 million lives by leveraging corporate expertise to social impact; creating and deploying Organization and HR strategy and building people structures and culture for scale-up and sustainability.

Additionally, she was responsible to connect with HR leaders and create sensitisation on ESG and the role of HR in Corporate Social Responsibility. Cause areas aligned to SDG goals were women empowerment, skilling, entrepreneurship, and climate change.

Previously, Karuna has also worked with arvato India, Eaton, Evalueserve, Bose Corporation, and Webtek Labs Pvt. Ltd. She is an alumnus of IIM Lucknow and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
