Betterhalf has appointed Pooja Singh as Associate Director Human Resources. The company has also appointed Shantanu Singh (Head of Wedding Business) and Ramkumar Venkatasubramaniar (Associate Director – Product).
In this role, The new leadership will be responsible for the growth of the company across wedding business expansion, product, and HR. Moreover, Pooja will be responsible for helping to cultivate a healthy and inclusive workspace for employees.
Commenting on the appointment, the Co-founder and CEO of Betterhalf Pawan Gupta said, “We are delighted to have three competitive leaders onboard.”

Pooja Singh has experience from holding corporate experience in various facets of HR such as Employee experience, Talent engagement, talent acquisition, learning and development, process excellence, transition management, and PMS.
Her earlier stints include working with Thoucentric, Tata Motors Finance, S Tel Pvt. Ltd., and Diamond Exports Private Limited.
She holds Master’s in Business Administration from Amity University and completed her Bachelor of Commerce from the Delhi University.
