Birla Institute appoints Ravi Mishra as Head- Human Resources

A prestigious Indian university, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani has appointed Ravi Mishra as Head – Human Resources.

Ravi is a Human Resource professional with nearly 28 years of experience in the HR domain. He has been associated with diversified organizations such as Nicholas Piramal Group, Mardia Group of Industries, Aditya Birla Chemicals, UltraTech Cement, and Birla Carbon.

Prior to Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, he was associated with Aditya Birla Chemicals as Sr. Vice President – HR.

He has extensive experience working in a multicultural work environment and possesses strong skills in team building and maximizing team performance.

He demonstrates a mature understanding of business perspectives, connections, and strategic direction when it comes to managing people.

Ravi holds his MSW in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Lucknow University.
