Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Ltd. has officially appointed Rohit Santhosh as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its real estate arm, Bombay Realty, effective September 18, 2025.

Rohit Santhosh brings more than 17 years of experience in the Indian real estate industry, having worked across residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable segments.

His career spans leadership roles at some of the country’s most respected real estate firms, including CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji.

Throughout his career, Rohit has led large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.

He has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver results across varied market conditions.

He integrates technical knowledge with strategic planning. This makes him well-suited to guide Bombay Realty through its next phase of growth.

He holds a degree from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Allahabad and is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

This combination of engineering and business education has equipped him with a balanced perspective on design, execution, and market strategy.

Role and Responsibilities at Bombay Realty

As CEO, Rohit Santhosh will be responsible for steering Bombay Realty’s strategic direction.

His mandate includes expanding the company’s development footprint, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable, high-quality delivery across all verticals.
