Alok brings 15 years of invaluable experience from esteemed organizations such as AXA, LinkedIn, and McKinsey & Co.

His journey spans multiple industries and regions, giving him a unique perspective on recruitment strategies.

Alok specializes in designing scalable recruitment solutions and harnessing data analytics to enhance hiring processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, Alok will lead the transformation of talent acquisition within the Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.

He will focus on high-growth countries such as Singapore, India, UAE, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, and other countries within APAC/EMEA.

In his new role at Brink’s, Alok is committed to fostering a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives.

He also promotes effective communication across all levels of the organization.

His leadership approach will combine strategic thinking with a genuine focus on nurturing talent. This will ensure Brink’s continues to attract and retain top-tier candidates.
