A global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services, Capgemini elevates Jyoti Sree Dayananda Swamy as Director-HR, Operational Excellence.
In this role, Jyoti is responsible for leading the Operational Excellence vertical for large-scale operations/shared services with a focus on Digital Transformation & Automation, Business Process Re-engineering, Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management, Data Management and Reporting, and Strategic Management, OCM & Project Management during new tech implementation & Mergers/acquisitions.
Most recently prior to this, she was working as Program Manager – HR ( Operational Excellence).
Jyoti has confirmed the development on social media and said, “A promise fulfilled after 30 years. Yes, I got promoted as a Director at Capgemini – a promise made to Appa (Dad).”

Prior to Capgemini, Jyoti was associated with Blue Yonder as Associate Manager – HR (Global Mobility). In this role, she was responsible for developing and improving programs, policies, compliance, and operations of the Global Immigration and Mobility to meet business objectives in collaboration with Regional Mobility teams, Law Firms, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
Further, she partnered with business leaders and HR Business Partners on matters regarding strategic focus, growth, and development of the organization as it relates to global immigration processing and global mobility.
Previously, Jyoti has worked with leading organizations such as Cognizant Softvision and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
Jyoti holds masters in sciences from Karnataka State Open University. She completed her post-graduate diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources Management from Symbiosis, and bachelor of science from the University of Mysore.
