CARS24 appoints Mrinal Sinha as Chief Human Resources Officer

CARS24, an e-commerce platform for pre-owned autos (cars and bikes) appoints Mrinal Sinha as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective from June 2021.

Prior to this, he was working with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance as SVP, Head -HR Business Partnering, Talent Management & ER.

In his new role, Mrinal is responsible for the company’s entire gamut of culture and people agenda including leadership and cultural development, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Mrinal comes with two decades of experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Leadership Development. He has worked across different geographies and roles over the last decades and handled large-scale projects.

Announcing Mrinal’s appointment, Kunal Mundra, CEO, CARS24, said, “At CARS24, we have an ambitious vision of becoming the biggest auto-tech company in India and to achieve this we recognize the need to attract, retain and develop the best talent.”
