Cimpress India appoints Tripti Diwakar Verma as Head- HR

A global capability centre for Cimpress N.V., Cimpress India has appointed Tripti Diwakar Verma as Head of HR.

Tripti Diwakar Verma, Head of HR, Cimpress India said, “I look forward to contributing my expertise and passion to drive positive change, fostering a thriving work culture, and creating meaningful impact in the lives of our employees.”

Tripti is a passionate Human resource professional with a proven record of building business focuses HR practices & teams.

She is a professional with over 18 of years of experience in IT services, Global capability centre, Manufacturing, and Staffing industry. She has worked in the matrixed hierarchy and across geographies in North America and Europe.

Tripti has exposure in working as a strategic HR Business partner for technology and nontechnology functions, a Centre of excellence lead for performance and talent management, and all aspects of HR generalist functions across large structured organizations to set up the HR function from ground level to implementing and moving up the maturity curve.

Tripti has successfully delivered global change management projects across complex and diverse models. She is highly skilled at relationship building, assessing needs, generating options, and implementing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Prior to joining Cimpress, Tripti worked with organizations such as TIAA GBS, Capgemini, Kelly Services, and JSW. 

She holds her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Balaji Institute Of Modern Management and completed her Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Christ Church Girls School.
