Citi India’s VP- HR Heena Naithani joins Airtel Business as Head- HR

Bharti Airtel, a global telecommunications company, appoints Heena Naithani as Head of HR – Airtel Business. Most recently she was working with Citi India (Citibank India) as Vice President- Human Resources.

“Today, more than ever before, HR plays a crucial role in enabling change for organisations to thrive and navigate disruptions. In the new normal, it’s crucial to drive people transformation and to ensure our teams continue to feel valued and engaged. I’m looking forward to being part of this mission at Airtel Business,” said Heena Naithani, Head – HR, Airtel Business.

Heena is an HR professional with over 14 years of experience in various HR sub-domains in Telecom, projects, and financial industry. As a specialist and business partner, she has deep experience in designing HR solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.

She has also driven multiple organizational transformation projects from conceptualization to deployment of strategic interventions. In addition, she has also led the setting up new business operations as well as consolidation/restructuring in partnership with the business.

Prior to Citi India, Heena has been associated with Essar as part of its Corporate HR team and she was responsible for Talent Acquisition across senior and middle levels for Telecom, Realty, and Projects business of the Essar Group.

Heena did a master’s in Human Resources from Management Development Institute (MDI) and completed her summer internship at IBM.
