Amadeus has appointed Deepa Subbaiah B as AVP & Head, People and Culture – APAC & India.
She has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as AVP & Head, People and Culture – APAC & India at Amadeus!”
She has worked in HR leadership roles with global responsibilities in Technology, IT, and Commercial organizations known for their strong process & result orientation.
Her strengths include operating in a global environment with global leaders, people strategy formulation and execution, designing and implementing organization-wide processes, organization design and change management, and knowledge of statutory compliance and legal frameworks on the HR front.
Before Amadeus, Deepa Subbaiah B was associated with Freshworks as Senior Director – HR (Product & Engineering). Her earlier stints include working with leading organizations such as Cisco, 3M, Wipro, and GE HealthCare.
She began her career at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. in 2000 where she worked for over seven years.
Her last role at Honeywell was as HR Manager for Talent Engagement, handling HR operations, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
Deepa holds her PGDBA in HR & Marketing from Mount Carmel Institute of Management, Bangalore, and completed her Bachelor of Science from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore University.
