Deepayan Sensharma joins Haleon as HR Director – Business Services

Haleon has appointed Deepayan Sensharma as HR Director – Business Services, effective May 1, 2024, based in London

He confirmed the appointment and said on LinkedIn, “I’m excited to announce that as of 1st May, I’ve joined Haleon as HR Director – Business Services, based in London.”

Deepayan has over two decades of experience. He is a strategic professional with a keen focus on business success, with a proven ability and interest to align human performance and business performance.

He is a versatile and multi-faceted HR leader with experience in diverse industries and people processes, having worked with best-in-class organizations spanning manufacturing, oil and gas, technology, professional services, IT services, and financial sectors.

His areas of expertise include Strategic HR, HR business partnering, Total Rewards, People Process Reengineering, and Talent/ Competency Management.

He excels at leading diverse and virtual teams, and managing very senior stakeholders effectively, thereby generating impact.

Prior to Haleon, Deepayan was associated with BT Group as Human Resources Director. His earlier stints include working with Marsh & McLennan Companies, Accenture, and BP.

He started his career working with Vardhman Textiles as an HR Officer. In this role, he was responsible for enabling the setting up, commissioning, and stabilizing of a new production facility in Gujarat. 

He holds his Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
