Deutsche Bahn India appoints Mukesh Gupta as Head -Human Resources

Deutsche Bahn India, as part of the German railway company, has announced the appointment of Mukesh Gupta as Head- Human Resources.

In his new role, Mukesh Gupta will lead the Human Resource function in India and carriers the responsibility of execution of the first RRTS Project mainly focusing on the scale-up of the talent pool and creating an inclusive, enriching, and progressive work culture meeting global standards.

Daniela Faustino, Senior Manager of International HR said, “We Welcome Mukesh Gupta to Deutsche Bahn India Pvt limited and wish him a long career with DB Group.”

Mukesh Gupta is an HR professional with extensive experience in designing and executing the people strategy for building a delivery-focused high-performance organization. He has over with almost 10 years of experience in the HR domain.

A proven track record of helping organizations, both Startups, and organizations looking to scale up as they transform and grow. He has worked with companies on strategies such as high volume hiring, career ladders across the board, culture building, employer and organizational branding, etc.

Prior to Deutsche Bahn India Pvt limited, Mukesh was associated with CRRC India Private Limited as Head- Human Resources. 

Mukesh is an MBA in HR and has served Metro rolling Stock manufacturing companies like CRRC, Alstom, Bombardier, and also Scomi (For Mumbai Monorail O&M) in various Senior Management roles. He was engaged in supporting the setup of greenfield manufacturing units, Maintenance Depots, and Corporates.

Deutsche Bahn India Pvt limited is a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG national railway company of Germany which is headquartered in the Bahntower in Berlin.
