Ecom Express ropes in Bharti Airtel’s Swati Mor as CHRO

Ecom Express Limited, a leading B2C e-commerce logistics solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Swati Mor as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective September 2, 2024. 

In this new role, Swati will lead HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development, while driving a people-first culture to support Ecom Express’s growth and innovation.

Swati Mor’s Background and Expertise

Before joining Ecom Express, Swati Mor spent 12 years at Bharti Airtel Limited, where she held various HR roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Airtel Digital, Product, and Engineering.

Previously she was associated with companies like; HT Media Ltd and Britannia Industries Ltd.

Swati holds an MBA in Human Resources from NMIMS, Mumbai.
