EPL elevates Babu Bhaskaran as VP- HR, Americas, Europe

EPL Limited, a specialty packaging manufacturer of laminated plastic tubes for FMCG and Pharma has elevated Babu Bhaskaran as Vice President- Human Resources – Americas, Europe, HR Digitization.

Before this, most recently, he was working as Vice President- Human Resources and has been associated with the organization for over 5 years.

With over 15 years of diverse experience in Human Resources, he has developed a passion for building and fostering high-performing teams across FMCG, Pharma, Agri, Engineering, and Packaging sectors. 

His core expertise lies in employee relations, team management, and developing innovative programs that cultivate leadership skills at all levels.

Babu Bhaskaran has thrived in fast-paced environments where he has utilized his skills to resolve complex challenges and drive business growth.

Prior to EPL Limited, he was associated with Godrej Creamline Dairy Products Limited as Head – HR. His previous stints include working with Unilever, and RPG Enterprises.

He holds his Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and completed his Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) in Marketing & International Finance from South Indian Education Society, Nerul.
