Ex-Chief People Officer of ABP Network Kavita Dasan joins Suzlon Group

One of the leading renewable energy solutions providers, Suzlon Group has appointed Kavita Dasan as Head – Talent Management & Employee Engagement.

She is a result-oriented business leader specializing in all facets of Talent Management managing large-scale ramp-ups, Talent Retention imperatives, especially during M&A, change management, driving performance-driven Culture building, Career Progression of millennium workforce, Mapping Talent, and Managing employee expectations.

Kavita is a Tenacious Achiever with outstanding success in delivering quality results with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional assignments.

Prior to Suzlon Group, She was associated with ABP Network as Chief People Officer, ABP Network. In this role, she was responsible for Business Partnering at CXO and the operating level to deliver strategic business intent, operational excellence, and people growth.

Her earlier stints include working with DHFL as Vice President – Human Resources, Zee Entertainment Enterprise Ltd. as Vice President- Human Resources, DCM SHRIRAM LTD as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources, Vihaan Networks Ltd. as Chief Manager – Talent Acquisition, Times Internet as Chief Manager – Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement, and Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement.

Kavita Dasan started her career working with Chase Perdana Berhad as Officer- Human Resources. She holds her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Commerce from Delhi University.
