Former Head-HR of Hexagon Simran Nair joins Stem, Inc.

Stem, Inc., a global leader in AI-driven clean energy solutions and services has appointed Simran Nair as Director- Human Resources.

She joined the organization from Hexagon Geosystems where she was working as Head- Human Resources, she was responsible for Talent Acquisition & Retention, Multi-Culture Collaboration, Employee Engagement, HR Ops and Compliance, OD Interventions, Performance Management, and People Analytics.

On LinkedIn, she confirmed the appointment and stated, “I am excited to announce that I have recently accepted a role at Stem, Inc. as Director- Human Resources.”

With nearly 18 years of global experience, Simran is a strategic HR professional. She translates business vision into HR initiatives enhancing performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement through innovation and strategic planning.

Specializing in fostering productive business relationships and addressing critical human capital challenges, she leverages HR strategies. She aims to enable continuous upskilling, re-skilling, and cross-skilling efforts for sustainable business impact.

Her earlier stints include working with PEARL GLOBAL INDUSTRIES LTD (PGIL), S&P Global, Dell Technologies, Quark Software Inc, and Daksh E-Services Private Limited (IBM Subsidiary).

She holds her Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University and completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi College Of Arts and Commerce.
