GE Healthcare appoints Divya Srivastava as CHRO for South Asia

General Electric (GE) Healthcare has elevated Divya Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer for South Asia operations from her earlier role as total Rewards Global Processes Leader and Sales Compensation Strategy Leader at GE.

Announcing her appointment Divya wrote in a LinkedIn post, “I am honoured to assume my new role as HR Leader for GE Healthcare South Asia, a dream made possible through a decade of incredible learning opportunities and support of inspiring leaders, rock-solid mentors and talented colleagues at GE,”

“Today, as in 2011 when I first joined this HR team as an HR Leadership Program (HRLP) employee, I continue to have dreams in my eyes and courage in my heart,” she said “In this moment of new beginnings, I am energized by our mission and purpose of improving lives in moments that matter.” she added.

Divya has over 14 years of experience in HR is spread across diverse roles & industries with extensive experience in Business partnering, Sales HR, Total Rewards, M&A/Divestiture and Change management.

She joined GE in 2011 as a member of the global HR Leadership Programme (HRLP) and since then, has been associated with GE.

Before joining GE, she was working with Hindustan Unilever for more than four years. Earlier, she has been associated with TCS as Assistant System Engineer Trainee for 1 year.

Divya has completed her BTech from the Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET), Lucknow, and MA from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. She did her Summer Internship at Proctor & Gamble in 2006.
