HARMAN gets Arppna Mehra as Global HR Leader DTS & India HR Head

HARMAN India has announced the appointment of Arppna Mehra as Vice President- Human Resources, Global HR Leader DTS & India HR Head. Prior to this, she was working with Capgemini Engineering.

Arppna is a highly skilled HR leader with nearly 30 years of progressive and comprehensive international experience in all areas of HR in the services industry.

She has expertise in like Organizational Development, HR Generalist, HR Consulting, HR Automation, M&A – People Integration, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partner, with a deep focus on strategy and tactical aspects.

These experiences have developed Arppna as a strong business-focused HR professional driving human capital agenda for the organization in close alignment with the business strategy.

Prior to her current role, Arppna Mehra was associated with Capgemini Engineering as Vice President- HR, Engineering Centers, Capgemini Engineering, Global Business Line. Previously, she was associated with Aricent, Altran, Xerox Business Services, STG, Ernst & Young (EY), and Satyam Infoway.

Arppna is an alumnus of the University of Lucknow and completed her bachelor’s from Lady Sri Ram College.
