Havells India Ltd appoints Indraneel Kumar Das as Jt. VP- HR

One of the largest & India’s fastest growing electrical and power distribution equipment manufacturers company, Havells India Ltd has appointed Indraneel Kumar Das as Jt. Vice President- HR.

Indraneel has nearly two decades of experience in the HR Domain. He has led various leadership roles in fashion, retail, FMCG, lifestyle consumer durable, and edtech industries.

Prior to Havells, he was associated with BYJU’S as AVP & Head- L&OD- Byjus Tuition Center. In this role, he was responsible for Strategic talent management architecture at Byjus Tuition Center.

His previous stints include working with Kohler Co. as Global Head- Talent Development, PepsiCo as Senior Manager- Sales Capability, and Raymond Limited as National Training Manager.

Indraneel started his career working with Indian Connection, UniStyle Impex as Merchandiser.

He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and holds his PGDGMT from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi.
