Hirect, a chat-based direct hiring app designed specifically for high-growth startups, has announced two new appointments to strengthen its leadership team.

As part of this strategic hiring process, the company has appointed Ramani Ganesh and Abhishek Singh for the position of Head of HR and Head of Marketing, respectively.

At the company’s helm, Ramani will be responsible for driving business strategy and people agenda. She has over fifteen years of experience in the HR domain across IT, import/export, and manufacturing.

A BBM and MBA from Bangalore University, she has also done a strategic HR program from IIM Calcutta and holds certification from Global Professional HR (GPHR) HRCI, USA.

She is currently pursuing PhD in Human Resources and is a firm believer in continuous learning. An avid reader and traveler, she is passionate about diversity and inclusion and truly believes that the culture and environment of an organization lead to highly motivated and productive employees.

On the other hand, Abhishek will be accountable for handling overall marketing strategies, brand positioning along with sustainable growth and advanced marketing innovations. He has done his MBA in Marketing specialization from Bangalore University.

He comes with experience of over 14 years and has worked with the dot-com and media industry. He has successfully built and scaled the marketing vertical of India’s few best startups, such as Via.com, CommonFloor.com, Vakilsearch.com, among others.

Marketing automation and the growth hacks play a crucial role in Abhishek’s idea of marketing followed by performance marketing. To him, creating value for the customers is more important than claiming the value from the customers. Being a travel enthusiast, Abhishek prefers visiting and exploring new places in his downtime.

Raj Das, Global Co-Founder & India CEO, Hirect said, “Hirect has grown immensely, gaining massive traction in a very short span. To take the company to new heights, we need industry leaders with significant potential and talent. The strategic hiring move has been taken in sync with this vision,”

“We are sure that Ramani and Abhishek, with their experience and excellence in their respective domains, will be a huge driver for Hirect, further accelerating its growth journey and positioning its stance as a leader in the ever-evolving business landscape.” Raj added.
