In his new role, Hemant will lead large-scale transformation initiatives impacting over 5,000 employees worldwide.
His mandate includes driving leadership hiring, establishing HR Shared Services, and enhancing employee experience through technology-enabled solutions and strategic advisory.
A Career Built on HR Innovation and Organizational Change
Hemant brings over 17 years of diverse experience in human resources, having worked across industries including consulting, technology, infrastructure, and consumer goods.
Prior to joining Infogain, he served as GCC Leader – Talent Acquisition & People Advisory at EY India Business Consulting, where he led the recruitment of over 1,500 professionals for a Fortune 10 oil and gas major.
His earlier roles include senior HR leadership positions at Casagrand Builder, Kantar, AB InBev, Accenture, Randstad India, Wipro Technologies, and Reliance Industries.
Across these organizations, Hemant has consistently led people transformation programs, implemented advanced HR technologies, and built leadership development frameworks tailored to high-growth environments.
He has also contributed to academia as a visiting faculty member at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, where he taught courses on People Analytics and Strategic HRM.
