Anuradha made history as Tata Motors’ first Chief Diversity Officer, leading the charge in workplace inclusivity.
In this role, she spearheaded progressive policies and developed long-term industrial relations strategies to strengthen employee engagement.
She became the first female Plant HR Head at Tata Motors, leading operations at the Sanand and Pune manufacturing facilities.
In this role, she played a critical part in labor negotiations and strengthening employee engagement within the workforce.
