JK Tyre & Industries elevates Sudhanshu Pathak as VP – HR

The flagship company of JK Organisation, JK Tyre & Industries has announced the elevation of Sudhanshu Pathak as Vice President- Human Resources.

Most recently prior to this, Sudhanshu Pathak was Head- HR & OD. In this role, he was leading Human Resources and Organization Development for making JK Tyre a globally trusted Tyre Brand by continuously working on the values of Care, Integrity, and Commitment to Excellence.

Sudhanshu has over 25 years of corporate experience in India and abroad in areas of general and strategic HR management in India and across the globe, specializing in areas of general HR, learning and development, talent management, leadership, and culture in the strategic business domains.

Sudhanshu has a short stint of sabbatical in teaching as a professor in areas of leadership & strategy, corporate training, leadership development, and consulting. He was also a dedicated teacher and business educationist; committed to making a difference in other human and organizational life.

Sudhanshu’s expertise is in HR Systems and Processes, L&D, Organization Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Assessment & Development Center, Master Assessor, and Executive Coaching.

Prior to JK Tyre & Industries, Sudhanshu was associated with Jaipuria Institute of Management as a Professor – General and Strategic Management. In this role, he was responsible for designing, developing and delivering leadership, general management and outbound workshops on campus and across corporate locations.

Sudhanshu has 10 years of a wonderful stint at LG Electronics, conceptualizing and executing some of the path-breaking initiatives while working from the Global HQ of LG in Seoul. As the leader of Global Talent Management, he led competency-based assessment & development interventions for high-potentials (HIPOs) across the globe.

Earlier, Sudhanshu has been associated with leading organizations such as the Institute of Management Technology, Reliance Retail, JK Organisation (EZ), Orient Electric, Rajinder Steels Ltd., and Jindal Steel & Power Ltd.

Sudhanshu holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), Behavioral Competencies & Performance from the Faculty of Management Studies – University of Delhi. He completed his M Tech, Human Resource Development & Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
