JSW ropes in Vijay Sinha as EVP- HR, New Businesses from Adani

JSW Group ropes in Vijay Sinha as Executive Vice President- Human Resources, New Businesses from Adani Power.

He confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Executive Vice President – HR (New Businesses) at JSW!”

New businesses include MG Motors; JSW Green Mobility; JSW One; JSW Ventures; JSW Realty; JSW Defence; JSW Sports; Copper Processing; JITPL; JSW Foundation; Museum of Solutions; New Age & Lexapar”, the post added.

Vijay is a seasoned and strong human resources professional with nearly three decades of experience in the HR domain.

He has demonstrated a history of working in different sectors like; manufacturing, Hospitality, Market Research, Animation & Retail.

He is skilled in the entire gamut of HR viz. Consulting, Deferred Compensation, Grievances, Compensation, Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, and Change Management & Transformation.

Vijay joined the organization from Adani Power where he was Jt. President-HR. His earlier stints include working with Reliance BIG Animation, RKHS, and Steel Authority of India Limited.

He holds his Master in Business Administration (MBA, Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General) from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar).
