In addition to her existing role, Rajita will now also lead Global Delivery HR, a move that underscores her growing influence within the organization and Kyndryl’s commitment to aligning global talent strategy with business transformation.

With this expanded portfolio, Rajita will continue to drive HR strategy, talent development, and organizational culture across Kyndryl India.
Simultaneously, she will now oversee Global Delivery HR, a critical function that supports Kyndryl’s worldwide delivery operations and workforce alignment.
This dual mandate positions her at the intersection of local execution and global integration, enabling her to shape a cohesive people strategy that supports both regional growth and global delivery excellence.
A Proven Leader with Deep HR Expertise
Rajita brings over two decades of experience in human resources, having previously served as Head of HR at Broadridge Financial Solutions India.
She began her career at ADP in 2000 and transitioned to Broadridge in 2007 following its spin-off.
Her leadership has consistently focused on transformation, inclusion, and measurable business outcomes.
She holds an MBA in HR and Marketing and a PhD from XLRI Jamshedpur, reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to continuous learning.
