Lenovo elevates Yogesh Singhania as Global HR Shared Services Head

The world’s largest PC company, Lenovo has recently elevated Yogesh Singhania as Global HR Shared Services Head. Most recently, he was Global People Analytics Head.

Yogesh has been associated with the organization for over 9 years. In his new role, Yogesh will oversee Lenovo’s Global HR Service Delivery team, spearhead strategic HR initiatives, and ensure smooth HR operations

Earlier, he was leading the HR Analytics team at Lenovo and was responsible for supporting critical analysis around deliverables in the areas of Workforce Planning and Management, Diversity, HR Benchmark, Executive Analytics, Attrition, Employee demographics, and Labour costs.

Yogesh has over 14 years of HR experience, having previously worked at Infosys and IBM.

Yogesh holds his Master’s in Business Administration in HR, from XLRI Jamshedpur and completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
