Lloyds Technology Centre India gets Dr. Vipul Singh as People Director & HR Head

Lloyds Technology Centre India, a tech and data company appoints Dr. Vipul Singh as People Director & HR Head.

The company said on its pages, “Introducing Dr. Vipul Singh, our People Director and HR Head. Vipul’s impressive career spans 25 years in HR leadership roles across multiple industries.”

“He’s experienced in driving digitization using robotics and AI and has been named one of India’s 50 Best HR Leaders. We’re looking forward to seeing how Vipul helps us grow as a team”, the company said.

Vipul Singh has more than 25 years of HR leadership experience in the Information Technology, Services, Telecommunications, and Consumer durables industries.

He has led multiple HR organizations and provided strategic HR and Marketing Communications support to various growing businesses.

Before Lloyds Technology Centre India, he was associated with ADP as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources.

Prior to ADP, Vipul held a variety of leadership roles with Accenture and Tata Teleservices. He has helped in setting up systems and processes in both organizations and was a key member of the HR leadership team for Accenture’s Technology business in India where he played a pivotal role in setting up the units in Hyderabad and Chennai.

He holds his Master’s in Business Administration from International Management Institute – IMI and Bachelor’s Degree, in Economics from Nizam College – Hyderabad.
