Lumen Technologies India has announced the appointment of Yasmeen Shaikh as Head – Human Resources.

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Yasmeen brings extensive experience in leading HR strategy, driving organizational transformation, and fostering people-centric cultures across global enterprises.

Extensive Background & Global Experience

Prior to joining Lumen Technologies India, Yasmeen worked as Vice President – Human Resources at NextGen Healthcare India, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s HR vision and advancing its employee engagement and culture transformation initiatives.

Earlier, she held the role of Senior Director – Human Resources at the same company.

Before her tenure at NextGen Healthcare, Yasmeen worked with renowned organizations such as Informatica LLC, Infosys, and Ivega, where she gained deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent development, and corporate social responsibility.

Her strong track record in building inclusive, performance-driven workplaces has earned her recognition as a trusted people leader.

A Champion Beyond the Workplace

Beyond her corporate achievements, Yasmeen is also a celebrated international badminton player, having won gold at the All England Senior Badminton Championship in 2024.
