Medi Assist gets Manmohan S. Kalsy as President – Business Ops & HR

India’s leading HealthTech and InsurTech company, Medi Assist has announced the appointment of Manmohan S. Kalsy as President – Business Operations & HR.

In this role, Manmohan S. Kalsy Manmohan will be responsible for building a world-class team for delivering on Medi Assist’s “Borderless Benefits” promise.

Satish Gidugu, CEO of Medi Assist said, “We are happy to have Manmohan on board. His diverse experience and organization-building capabilities from various sectors will help Medi Assist deliver on the motto “every employee a partner and every customer a commitment”.

Commenting on the occasion Manmohan Kalsy said, “I see my biggest goal is to align HR actions and people capabilities to impact business outcomes. Working on people’s capabilities to accomplish far more—to jump higher, run faster, see farther, and maybe even challenge the status quo. I’d also be focusing on leadership development and integration of new acquisitions”.

Manmohan S. Kalsy has over three decades of experience in the HR domain. He is a Human resource professional with proven business partnering and organization-building capabilities across the manufacturing, FMCG, telecom, technology & outsourcing industry at the most admired workplaces.

Manmohan S. Kalsy has served on the board of Xerox India as a whole-time director – experienced in governance roles. In the past, he was a member of Vodafone’s operations board on a global business transformation project. He is also known as a guide and mentor.

Prior to Inbrew beverages private limited, Manmohan S. Kalsy was associated with GO FIRST as Vice President & Head of Human Resources. He was reporting to the CEO.

Earlier, Manmohan S. Kalsy has been associated with United Breweries Ltd. as CHRO. Previously, he has been associated with Xerox, Vodafone, Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd, Bharti Airtel Limited, PepsiCo, and Gillette India Pvt. Ltd, and Honda Siel Power Products Ltd as an HR professional.
