Mishcon GCC Appoints Gunjan Dahiya as VP & Head-HR

Mishcon de Reya’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) has appointed Gunjan Dahiya as Vice President and Head of Human Resources.

This appointment is set to shape the people strategy and foster a dynamic workplace culture at Mishcon GCC.

Before joining Mishcon GCC, Gunjan served as Vice President-Human Resources at Clairvolex.

She took a sabbatical for a little less than a year and a half before returning to the corporate world.

During her tenure at Clairvolex, she handled performance management, talent management, and vendor management.

She was also responsible for employee engagement, HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance appraisal.

New Role at Mishcon GCC

In her new role at Mishcon GCC, Gunjan will be responsible for shaping the people strategy, fostering a dynamic workplace culture, and driving talent excellence.

She aims to leverage her experience in building HR functions, scaling operations, and leading cultural transformations to create a people-first, high-impact organization.

Gunjan’s appointment is expected to bring significant value to Mishcon GCC.

She will collaborate with incredible talent and industry leaders to drive innovation, engagement, and operational success.

Her dedication and ‘never say die’ attitude are seen as assets that will contribute to the growth and success of the GCC.

Background and Experience

Gunjan Dahiya brings with her 17 years of comprehensive HR experience in dealing with complex and dynamic business environments.

Her career spans across various sectors, including global capability centres, tech-IP asset management, life insurance, and telecom.

Gunjan began her career as a senior management trainee in human resources at Vodafone Idea in July 2005.

Over the years, she held several key roles, including assistant manager-human resources (corporate recruitment) and manager-human resources (North zone).

She has also worked with Bandhan Life, Clairvolex, and Rediscover Outdoors.
