Deepti Dhingra joins MobiKwik as Head- HR

MobiKwik, a fintech platform appoints Deepti Dhingra as Head- Human Resources, effective from June 2021.

In her new role, she will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR, including strategic formulation, HR business partnering, culture building interventions, change management, talent acquisition, talent engagement and management, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and benefits.

Deepti comes with over 17 years of experience in HR. Prior to joining MobiKwik, she was working as Head-HR with The Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz Ltd for almost 4 years and earlier to this, she was associated with Yatra online, HT Media, Dalmia Bharat Group, Delphi, and Bharti Airtel.

Deepti holds MBA degree in Human Resources from Punjab University.

MobiKwik is India’s leading fintech platform, operating businesses in consumer payments, financial services and payment gateway.
