Panasonic elevates Satyendra Nagar as Assoc Dir, Head Mafg HR

A diversified technology company, Panasonic India has elevated Satyendra Nagar to Associate Director & Head Manufacturing HR.

He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Associate Director & Head Manufacturing HR at Panasonic India!”

Satyendra is associated with the organization since 2019 and most recently before the elevation he was working as Sr. General Manager and Head HR.

He is a Seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in Manufacturing, Sales, and Corporate roles in the FMCG Sector. 

His Strength and area of Expertise include Building Socially Responsible High Performing Organizations, Change Management through Business Restructuring, Merger & Acquisitions, Talent Management, and Succession Planning, Manpower and Cost optimization, Employee & Environment Engagement, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Government Liaison and CSR

Satyendra believes in continuous capability improvement for self and others and leading by example to build credible and result-oriented Operational Environments. He is Proficient and Enthusiastic about People leadership through Strong Process Orientation and Inter-Personal skills.

Prior to Panasonic India, he was associated with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited as Associate Vice President – HR. His previous stints include working with Archer Daniels Midland Company, and Nestlé India.

He started his career working with PepsiCo as HR Manager. In this role, he was responsible for Head HR & Admin for PepsiCo’s Company Owned Bottling Operation. He had moved through different roles and locations.

He holds his Masters Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the Maharani Laxmibai Centre of Excellence.
