Rajiv’s previous workplaces include GlobalLogic, Dassault Systèmes, HCL Technologies, and so on.

At this previous organizations he led strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational transformation.

At Persistent Systems, Rajiv will be responsible for steering the company’s human resources strategy.
