Reliance Retail appoints Lokesh Sikka as Head- HR

The retail initiative of Reliance Industries Limited, Reliance Retail has appointed Lokesh Sikka as Head- HR

He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, ” I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head HR at Reliance Retail, PBG!”

In this role at Reliance Retail, he will be responsible for Heading HR for the Product Business Group.

Lokesh is a self-driven individual and is keen on shaping the future with his thoughts and words. He carries over two decades of rich HR experience spanning Services, retail, e-commerce, and Corporate assignments.

He has built and led successful teams and established robust practices in the areas of Organization Design, Capability Building, Talent Development, Change Management, and Organization Restructuring, along with aligning people, processes, and structure with strategy.

Prior to Reliance Retail, Lokesh was associated with Onida. He was part of the core leadership group, leading the HR function at ONIDA, and was responsible for driving best-in-class HR practices to enable the growth of a truly world-class organization. In addition to HR, he was also looking after administration and IR, Industrial Relations PAN India.

His previous stints include working with leading organizations such as Snapdeal, HDFC securities, Flipkart, Sify Technologies Ltd., Vodafone Essar Ltd.,  Aditya Birla Group, and Hero ITES Ltd (Hero Group Company).

He holds his master’s in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
