Renault Group appoints Neelam Pillai as Head – HR

A French multinational automobile manufacturer, Renault Group has announced the appointment of Neelam Pillai as Head – Human Resources.

Neelam has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m excited to start a new innings as the Head – HR at Renault Group!”

Neelam is an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a demonstrated history of working in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry. She has vast experience in the HR domain including Deferred Compensation, HR Policies, Manufacturing, Labor Relations, and Management.

Neelam has over two decades of experience in Human resources. Prior to Renault Group, she was associated with Coesia S.p.A. as HR Business Partner Coesia Region India (SAARC).

Previously, Neelam was associated with Lombardini India as Manager – Human Resources. She was responsible for the development, planning, and execution of human resources initiatives that enable the organization to meet its human resources objectives.

Further, she was managing HR-related functions such as recruiting, employment, associate career development, staffing and retention, succession planning, training, employee relations, labor relations support, and compensation and benefits.

Neelam holds a master’s of Business Administration from Newport University. She completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), English Literature, and Psychology from BSP, Lucknow.

She started her career working with Fonderia Perucchin as a Consultant.
