Revolt Motors appoints Sharad Jain as Vice President- HR

The next-gen mobility company, Revolt Motors has appointed Sharad Jain as Vice President- Human Resources.

He has confirmed the appointment on social and said, “The new chapter in my Career Book- Joined as Vice President-HR in August 1st week at Revolt Motors (No 1 EV Motorcycle Company), part of Multi business RattanIndia Group.”

Sharad is an accomplished Strategic HR leader with more than two decades of rich varied experience in Corporate HR, Plant HR, and business roles. He has a specialization in Customised Strategic HR to lead ‘Business-People-Culture’ aligned Change Management by curating HR solutions/interventions for the Organisation’s growth journey forward.

He has specialization in OD (Organizational Development) Interventions & Change Management, Capability & Leadership Development, Talent and performance Management, Compensation, HR Policies & Systems, Employee Engagement, Business Excellence (TQM, TPM) and HR Digitalization.

Sharad has well-rounded exposure in HR Operations, Employee connect and grievance handling, Employee relations, recruitment, and legal compliance risk management.

He has led initiatives and diverse teams in Greenfield and mature contexts, small to large scale, Indian and Global organizations in dynamic environments, for achieving valuable results in Corporate HR and plant HR roles for key stakeholders.

Prior to Revolt Motors, he was associated with Highway Industries Limited as Vice President- Human Resources.

His earlier stints include working with Hero MotoCorp, Minda SAI Ltd, Delphi, Motherson Sumi Systems Limited, and Royal Enfield (A unit of Eicher Ltd).

He started his career working with Eicher Tractors as Assistant Manager-QA.

Sharad is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and holds his PGDM, HR(Major) & Marketing from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.

Revolt started with a vision of making clean commuting accessible to the masses by using next-gen mobility solutions. The company is currently in 25 cities all across India and are leading the charge with India’s first AI-enabled motorcycle, the RV400.
