Sandoz India gets Prakriti Sinha as Head People & Operations

The generic pharmaceuticals division of Novartis, Sandoz India Pvt Ltd has appointed Prakriti Sinha as Head of People and Operations.

She confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m excited to start my new job! Head People and Operations, Sandoz India.”

Prakriti has extensive experience in Performance Management Systems, Policy Formulation, HR Planning and Budgeting, and Employee Engagement. She has over 16 years of experience in the HR domain.

Prior to Sandoz India Pvt Ltd, she was associated with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as Group HR Lead- LATAM & AAA (Asia, Africa & Australia). She started her career working with MAQ Software as HR Professional.

Prakriti holds her Master’s in Business Administration from the ICFAI Business School and completed her Bachelor’s in Engineering from Jammu University.
