Savills Appoints Tanvi Choksi as Chief People Officer – APAC

Savills, a leading international real estate services provider, has announced the appointment of Tanvi Choksi as Chief People Officer, Asia Pacific.

At Savills, Tanvi will lead its people strategy across Asia Pacific, focusing on enhancing the employee experience and helping to attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry.

Extensive Experience & Background

With over two decades of diverse HR experience, Tanvi joins Savills from Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Tanvi’s expertise includes talent acquisition and management, learning and development, rewards, and leading large-scale transformations.

Throughout her career, Tanvi has built an impressive portfolio across industries such as Automobile, Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer, and Real Estate.

An alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Tanvi began her career with Tata Motors in 2005 as a management trainee and quickly rose to a leadership role within HR.

Previously, she worked at Monsanto and in various key positions at Johnson & Johnson, where she led people initiatives in dynamic, multinational environments.

Before joining Mahindra Holidays, Tanvi held a significant regional role at JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), where she was responsible for the Asia Pacific Markets and Capital Markets divisions, leading HR strategy for over 43,000 employees.
