SAX India LLP ropes in PWC India’s Anuj Dave as Head- HR

Accounting, tax, and business advisory firm Sax LLP, has announced the appointment of Anuj Dave as the Head of Human Resources, India. He will be based out of Mumbai.

In his role at Sax, Anuj will be tasked with structuring the new India-based team from start to finish and is responsible for building a culture that leans toward productivity, quality work, and employee engagement. He will develop and implement programs designed to achieve strategic, business, and operational goals. 

Anuj will formulate partnerships across the HR functions and be a direct liaison between the India office and Sax’s headquarters in the United States, advising senior leadership on matters that include talent acquisition, performance, management, strategic planning, policy, staffing, compensation, and succession planning.

“Creating a Sax team in Mumbai is the right fit for us, but there are many variables and moving parts as our first-ever international office.  We are confident in Anuj’s abilities and talents to establish our Mumbai team and make our first step into the global community a success”, said Joseph A. Damiano added.

Anuj is a seasoned HR professional and brings to Sax close to two decades of experience and commendable performance partnering with businesses to oversee their HR operations. 

He has proven expertise in leadership development, Talent Management, Acquisition and Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity initiatives, and Compensation & Benefits.

Prior to SAX India LLP, Anuj Dave was associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers India (PwC India) as Associate Director – Human Capital.

Anuj specializes in strengthening leadership teams through executive coaching and leadership development, as well as conceptualizing and implementing human capital strategic plans based on meaningful data that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
