Divya Jain Uppal’s Professional Journey

Before stepping into her role at Shalimar Corp, Divya had taken a brief hiatus from her professional career to focus on personal commitments.

Prior to this, she held the position of General Manager – Human Resources at MKU.

There she oversaw crucial areas such as HRIS implementation, talent strategies, and employee lifecycle management.

Her most notable stint was with Hero MotoCorp, where she dedicated over 24 years to various leadership responsibilities.

During her tenure at Hero MotoCorp, she held the role of Regional HR Business Partner for both Central & East Zones, leading HR operations.

She managed workforce strategies across eight states, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management for a large workforce.

Additionally, she worked as Regional HR Business Partner for the North Zone, focusing on succession planning, career development, and dealer capability building.

For 15 years, she played a key role as a Manager in Human Resource Development, shaping impactful workforce strategies.

During this time, she led initiatives in employee engagement, learning & development, and talent acquisition, fostering a strong organizational culture.

Divya’s diverse and seasoned background enables her to drive workforce transformation and implement strategic HR policies at Shalimar Corp.
