Sharda Motor Industries gets Viekas K Khokha as SVP & CHRO

An ISO 9001-certified auto-ancillary company with global aspirations, Sharda Motor Industries Ltd appoints Viekas K Khokha as SVP & CHRO, effective December 1, 2023.

Viekas has an exciting career journey with nearly 25 years of experience working with top MNCs and large Indian organizations.

He has significant exposure working in multicultural settings in diverse industries like Technology, Automation, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Chemicals, and fertilizers with FORTUNE 500 industry leaders.

Viekas is passionate about developing leaders, driving innovation, and delivering results handling a large workforce of up to 5000 people.

He is skilled and certified in building collaboration by coaching and training people managers and business leaders through developing competency learning models developing ROI-based models. He has led Global Stakeholders from Africa, New Jersey, Srilanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh

Viekas has Cross-functional exposure in Enterprise Sales, HR Business Partners, and Shared Services unit he is Hands-on experienced in deploying HR Tech including platforms like Oracle, SAP-Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Lumesse & ATS.

Prior to Sharda Motor Industries Ltd, he was associated with Dhanuka Agritech Ltd. as Chief Human Resources Officer.

His earlier stints include working with upGrad, Zimmer Biomet, Bharti Airtel Limited, and Ascom Holding AG.
