Prior to Somany Ceramics Ltd, he was associated with Okaya Power Group as Head – Human Resources & Administration based out of Delhi.
Atish has over 19 Years of applied and practiced experience in Human Resources, with a passion for learning continually.
He has proven expertise in leading transformation projects, HR Business Partnering, HR Automation projects, Talent management & development, Employee engagement and communication, Diversity and inclusion, and Rewards, he believes and lives with a passion to keep learning continually.
Before Okaya Power Group, he was associated with Ozone Overseas Pvt Ltd as Vice President- Human Resources (Head – HR).
Earlier, he worked with MNCs & large Indian Conglomerates like L&T, Voltas Limited, Bharti Infratel, Accorhotels India, and Greenlam Industries and has played a variety of roles within HR during his successful stints with these prestigious organizations.
Atish is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Pune.
