Sonata Software ropes in Wipro’s Rashmi Prabha as VP- HR

Sonata Software, a leading modernization engineering company, has appointed Rashmi Prabha as Vice President- Human Resources.

In this role, she will be leading the HRBP function globally, working towards the organisational goals with meaningful growth as an outcome.

She is an HR professional with 21 years of rich and diverse domain experience across Business HR, Compensation & Benefits, HR Integration, and Talent Acquisition.

Rashmi has hands-on experience in Policies Integration and Operations concerning Mergers and Acquisitions.

Prior to Sonata Software, she was associated with Wipro for over 10 years and held various leadership roles. Her last designation was General Manager & Head HR CIS.

Her earlier stints include working with leading organization such as SAP Labs, Hewlett Packard, and PeopleOne Consulting.

Rashmi earned her Master of Arts from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service. She completed her Bachelor of Science from Patna Science College.
