ThePrint, India’s exciting news media company appoints Sonika Shukla as Head – Human Resources, effective from April 2022.
Sonika holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Lucknow University and comes on board with 17 years of rich experience in HR in the media sector.
She joins from The Indian Express group where she worked for 14 years and was last designated as General Manager-HR. She handled pan India Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations for both Print and Digital medium of The Express Group.
She was associated with BAG Films (News 24) in the initial years of her career.
Sonika is a people-oriented HR professional and is responsible for acquiring and nurturing talent by handling core HR areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Communication, and Performance Management.
