Before joining AAK, Saumya held dual roles at Future Consumer Limited and Future Group India.
In these roles, he managed People Office Operations and spearheaded Talent Acquisition efforts.
His innovative strategies in mass talent acquisition and standardized hiring processes set benchmarks in the industry.
Saumya has also held leadership roles at Gitanjali Gems Ltd, Sahara India, and Essar Group.
In these positions, he concentrated on strategic workforce planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate policy development.
Saumya’s early career involved roles at Jindal Stainless and Essar Steel. These positions gave him valuable experience in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
