Amit Kejriwal’s Professional Journey

Before joining Tata Digital, Amit held senior HR positions at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, HDFC Bank, Reliance Digital, and Indus Towers Limited.

He has extensive experience in performance management, talent development, and organizational design.

His expertise in compensation strategy makes him a valuable addition to Tata Digital’s leadership team.

Amit’s academic background further strengthens his credentials.

He is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, where he earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (PMIR).

He earned a degree in Computer Applications from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi, strengthening his technical foundation.
